BHC 10 bidding package:Total length of 9.1km from route Km 96+300 to Km 105+400 (Hoa Nghia and Hai Thanh wards of Duong Kinh district; Trang Cat, Nam Hai and Dong Hai wards of Hai An district - Hai Phong city); About 5km of site has been handed over, about 2km of construction has been implemented; Since April 1, 2009, backfill pumping has been carried out.
