Opening the Spring greeting activities, on the morning of February 22, 2026 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year), the Corporation's Board of Directors' working group had a field trip, directly visiting and wishing New Year to employees at units and toll stations on 2 routes.

 

 

For the warm fire of spring and full attention, deep gratitude to each staff member who is working day and night on the two traffic arterial roads. The working group was divided into two journeys under the direct guidance of the Corporation's Board of Directors. Working Group No. 1, led by General Director Tran Anh Tu, accompanied by Deputy General Director Pham Thai Son and the participation of directors, deputy directors of units and heads of departments under specialized departments, visited and wished the New Year to employees at Toll Stations No. 1 and No. 2 on National Highway 5 and VIDIFI Road Construction and Maintenance Enterprise.

 

 

At the same time, Working Group No. 2, led by Board of Directors Member Pham Quang Huy, accompanied by Deputy General Director Pham Viet Son and directors, deputy directors of units and heads of departments under specialized departments, visited and wished happy new year to the employees at Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Management and Operation Company Limited, toll stations on the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway and VIDIFI Road Construction and Maintenance Enterprise.

 

 

At each destination, the Board of Directors personally delivered meaningful Tet gifts and red envelopes, along with wishes of peace, health and prosperity to all officers and employees. In particular, the Corporation's leaders sent their deep gratitude to the workers who put aside the joy of family reunions, stayed at the scene day and night, and were on duty throughout Tet to ensure safe and smooth journeys for people on routes managed by VIDIFI. At noon on the same day, the two Working Groups gathered at the headquarters of VIDIFI Road Construction and Maintenance Enterprise (Hai Phong) in a warm and united atmosphere before closing the field trip at the beginning of the year.

 

 

 

Continuing the joy of the beginning of the year, on the morning of February 23, 2026 (7th day of Tet), the Corporation organized a meeting to wish the New Year to all employees of the Office sector. In particular, bearing the mark of digital transformation, Spring Binh Ngo 2026 is the first year that the spring meeting at the headquarters is organized online to connect with contact points at affiliated units. No longer geographical distance, the entire VIDIFI family has joined the same beat, sharing the joy of welcoming the new year in a warm and proud atmosphere. The tight handshakes in the hall, the bright smiles through the online screen and the bustling New Year's greetings really warmed up the atmosphere on the first working day back.

 

 

The highlight of the meeting at the beginning of the year was the enthusiastic and inspiring words of General Director Tran Anh Tu. At the meeting, General Director - Tran Anh Tu sent New Year greetings to all officers and employees of VIDIFI Corporation, and recognized and appreciated the tireless efforts of employees and units in ensuring safe and smooth traffic, serving people to travel smoothly during the past Lunar New Year days. Next, strongly arousing the spirit of dedication of each employee, the General Director emphasized: 

 

 

Continuing that excited atmosphere, Deputy General Director Pham Thai Son shared extremely sincere and inspirational shares. Looking back at the year 2025 with a strong "transformation", the Deputy General Director called on not only the Board of Directors but also all VIDIFI employees entering 2026 to truly "remain steadfast in their internal strength to achieve success". Confiding about the difficulties and hardships we have overcome together to bring about a key project with profound humane meaning - Social housing project in the city. Hanoi, Deputy General Director affirmed that this will be a solid foundation for new projects in the future. The fire of strong belief continues to be lit through the message of the Deputy General Director: "VIDIFI has created the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway of national stature, so there is no reason why we cannot do this social housing project. We must even be determined to do better, bringing high quality!". That passionate affirmation touched the hearts, arousing the pride and determination of each VIDIFI employee.

 

 

Sharing the spirit of determination at the early spring meeting, Director of Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Management and Operation Company Limited (QLKT) - Do Van Thuan, on behalf of the officers and employees who stick to the route day and night, sent deep gratitude to the practical attention of the Board of Directors. Responding to the thoughts, expectations and deep concerns of the Board of Directors, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh - Director of the Planning and Investment Department, representing the entire staff, expressed her most cherished feelings.
