VIDIFI opens the training course on Building a target management system and personnel evaluation

On May 15, at the headquarters of Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI), the training course with the topic "Building a system of target management and personnel assessment" officially opened with the participation of the Corporation's Board of Directors and leaders of affiliated departments and units.
Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Tran Anh Tu - General Director, Deputy General Directors, Head of the Supervisory Board and leaders of units under/under the Corporation. The course brings together 38 students who are heads and deputy heads of units under/under the Corporation, and the work supervision management team.
Overview of the classroom
The course is implemented to standardize work management methods and synchronize the operating system on the Misa software platform throughout the Corporation, improving management and operating capacity.
Speaking at the opening of the course, General Director Tran Anh Tu emphasized the strategic importance of the course to VIDIFI's operating model in the new period, and expected the training course to focus on solving and achieving the following key goals:
- Continuing the content of the previous training session on "work flow", this course will continue to clarify the balanced scorecard (BSC), objectives and key results (OKR), performance indicators (KPI) and how to operate in practice. From there, it helps the Corporation and the Boards perfect the performance evaluation system.
- Continue to improve the quality of job assignment management, monitoring and evaluation of work results associated with fully exploiting MISA software for the middle management team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operating work in each unit and consistency within the Corporation.
- The results from standardizing goals and evaluating performance will create a solid foundation to move forward with building a transparent salary mechanism based on the 3P system (position, capacity, work efficiency), in which the immediate focus will be on implementing the third P - performance rewards associated with goal performance.
General Director Tran Anh Tu delivered the opening speech of the course
The General Director requested the teaching unit and all students to concentrate highly throughout the training period, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning. During the learning process, it is necessary to increase two-way exchange to clarify the unique characteristics of VIDIFI, and at the same time ensure the application of knowledge to build job positions suitable for modern governance and management models.
"The training course aims to perfect the target management and personnel assessment system, and standardize work data on MISA software in all departments and units. After the course, students are required to seriously apply knowledge to practical work, ensuring synchronization of working methods throughout the Corporation.", General Director Tran Anh Tu emphasized.

According to the plan, the training course takes place in 08 sessions from May to June 2026. Teaching content will focus deeply on core topics including: building and implementing OKRs and KPIs; job assignment and performance evaluation process; building a 3Q operating system; Standardize target management from Corporation level to each Board and individual.
The training partner and implementing unit is CNS Training and Human Resources Solutions Joint Stock Company with the direct instructor being expert Doan Van Anh - who has more than 20 years of experience consulting and implementing human resource management systems for many large enterprises in Vietnam.
Right in the first lesson, all students showed serious learning spirit, high concentration and proactive interaction with the lecturer. With modern teaching methods, smoothly combining theory with group activities, interactive games and assessment tests, expert Doan Van Anh has created a vibrant, dynamic and inspiring learning space.
