The stage of establishment and strategic mission
Vidifi Corporation was established under the Prime Minister's decision in 2007, with the goal of implementing the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway project - one of the arterial and breakthrough traffic routes in the national transport infrastructure development strategy.

The first modern highway in Vietnam was built according to international standards, meeting high requirements for quality, safety and operation. The project connects the northern key economic region, promoting economic and logistics development in Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong and Hai Phong.
