National Highway 5 has a length of 102 km, starting from Hanoi, running through Hung Yen and Hai Duong provinces and ending in Hai Phong city, built according to class II plain road standards, including 04 lanes for motor vehicles and 02 lanes for rudimentary vehicles and motorbikes.

Coc San Hydropower Plant
The Coc San Hydropower Plant is located in Coc San Commune, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam. It has a capacity of 29.7 MW and was commissioned in April 2016.

Located in Ta Phoi Commune, Lao Cai Province, the Ngoi Duong 1 and Ngoi Duong 2 Hydropower Plants have installed capacities of 6.4 MW and 5 MW, respectively. Both facilities officially came into operation in late 2011.
