The project is located in a prime location, conveniently connected to major transportation routes: the Hanoi-Hai Phong expressway, Provincial Road 365, the Bach Dang Bridge leading to Quang Ninh and Mong Cai, and the roads leading to industrial zones in the Dinh Vu area and the Lach Huyen deep-water port in Hai Phong city.

With a total area of ​​52.8 hectares, the project is divided into four main zones: Zone A: Hotels and resorts: 15.5 hectares; Zone B: Commercial center: 9.7 hectares; Zone C: Rest stop, warehouses and offices: 13.6 hectares; Zone D: Showroom center, warehouses and offices: 14 hectares
Currently, Zones B, C, and D are 90% operational, attracting many foreign investors from Japan, South Korea, and China, as well as large domestic enterprises and investors leasing warehouses for stable production and business operations.
