Speed up the progress of bidding packages for peeling off organic soil layers on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway
The organic soil removal bidding package, collectively known as BHC, includes 8 bidding packages from BHC 1 to BHC 10 (except for 2 construction and installation insurance bidding packages EX7 & EX9). Currently, the implementation status of BHC packages for expressway motorways is as follows: BHC package 1: total length is 6.2km (from km 0+000 to Km 6+200). Currently, the bidding package is being accelerated for site clearance to begin construction. BHC package 1: total length is 6.2km (from km 0+000 to Km 6+200).
