Production and business results in 2025 - Exceeding plan on many targets

At the Conference, Comrade Pham Thai Son - Deputy General Director of the Corporation presented a report on the results of implementing the production and business plan targets in 2025 and the direction and tasks in 2026. Accordingly, under the centralized and unified leadership and direction of the Board of Directors, the Board of General Directors and the unanimous efforts of all employees, the Corporation has basically completed the planning targets approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Management. management, and at the same time expand business areas.


Comrade Pham Thai Son - Deputy General Director of the Corporation presented the report on production and business results in 2025 and the direction and tasks of expanding VIDIFI's operations in 2026.

The highlight in 2025 is toll revenue reaching VND 4,072 billion, an increase of 3.58% compared to 2024; Other commercial service revenue contributed an additional 89.3 billion VND; Profit reached 916 billion VND, exceeding the assigned plan.

Regarding business development, the Corporation won the bid for an additional route of about 35km long (from Bai Vot - Vung Ang), bringing the total number of kilometers of regular management and maintenance to about 90km on the North - South expressway. In addition, VIDIFI proactively proposed to the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Construction to participate as an investor in the Eastern North-South Expressway expansion project, research the Ring Road 5 Project and propose to adjust the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway planning to 8-10 lanes. In particular, VIDIFI has been approved by the Hanoi People's Committee for investment policy and assigned to be the investor of the project "Bat Khoi - Bat Trang concentrated social housing area" with a total investment of about 6,000 billion VND.

Along with business results, the Corporation continues to focus on building corporate culture, well implementing labor regulations and collective labor agreements, improving benefits and policies for employees, and coordinating with the Trade Union to maintain cultural, artistic, and sports movements to create a positive atmosphere among all employees.

At the Conference, Comrade Pham Viet Son - Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union reported the results of trade union work in 2025 with many highlights. The Trade Union successfully organized the Trade Union Congress for the term 2025 - 2030; Taking care of the Lunar New Year 2026 by giving gifts to 476 employees with a total value of 306.7 million VND, specifically 27 union members with extremely difficult circumstances and serious illnesses were visited with a total value of 48.6 million VND. The member union of VIDIFI Road Construction and Maintenance Enterprise also took care of and encouraged 239 cases with a total expenditure of 107.7 million VND.


Comrade Pham Viet Son - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union, reported on the results of trade union work in 2025.

During the year, the Trade Union organized visits to 465 cases of union members and relatives when sick, pregnant, filial, and happy with a total amount of 145.1 million VND; giving gifts to employees' children on International Children's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival; Rewarding 279 children with excellent academic achievements with a total cost of 180 million VND from the union fund. In particular, for the first time in history since its establishment, the Trade Union has coordinated to organize for all union members to study and visit Chongqing, China in June and July 2025 with a budget of 650 million VND.

Regarding social work, the Corporation's Trade Union promptly visited and gave gifts to union members who suffered damage due to storms, floods and natural disasters; Calling for support for flood victims in the Central region in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces; Accompanying Bat Trang commune to take care of the 2026 Year of the Horse for disadvantaged families, paying tribute to the families of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution. Notably, the Trade Union mobilized resources to build Phinh Ho School - Sao Mai Kindergarten in Pung Luong commune, Yen Bai province with an investment cost of about 2 billion VND, demonstrating a sense of responsibility to the community and future generations. During the year, the Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union supported 353 million VND from the Social Policy Fund, and awarded Certificates of Merit to 3 collectives and 15 outstanding individuals belonging to the Corporation's grassroots trade unions and departmental trade unions.

The conference is also an important forum for delegates to dialogue about workers' rights and regimes, and propose specific solutions on prioritizing work arrangements, compensation and income mechanisms in the context of the Corporation's initial expansion of production and business activities.


Comrade Vu Duy Hung - Head of the National Highway 10 intersection toll station, Member of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union member of QLKT Company, expressed recommendations on the salary and bonus mechanism and work arrangement, contributing to the practical voice of workers at the 2026 Labor Delegation Conference.

Comrade Pham Tue Diet - Member of the Enterprise's Trade Union Executive Committee, Captain of Construction and Road Safety Team No. 2 spoke and proposed specific solutions on work arrangement and remuneration, contributing to building employee policies in accordance with the new development orientation of the Corporation.

Comrade Vu Thi Thao Hien - President of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of the Department of Management and Economics of QL5 spoke about the rights and income of workers, proposed an appropriate orientation for personal income tax in the context of VIDIFI initially expanding its production and business activities.

On behalf of the Corporation's leaders, Mr. Tran Anh Tu - General Director listened and answered the workers' recommendations, and emphasized:

"2026 is a year of strong breakthroughs in policy mechanisms, especially with Resolution 68 and Resolution 79 on state economic development. VIDIFI will have many opportunities and opportunities for development in addition to challenges. Each officer must change themselves, make more efforts for the overall results of the Corporation; strongly apply information technology, AI, automation; proactively prepare response plans when technology changes.
