Opening the anniversary day, instead of documents or dry numbers on the screen, the sisterhood was "changed" with a group movie viewing session. Temporarily putting aside the pressure of deadlines to sit together, laugh, and sob together in front of good movies is an unforgettable experience. It's not just entertainment, but precious moments of slow living that bring each person closer to each other, instead of just exchanging hasty greetings in the office hallway.

But perhaps, the "burning" part that left the biggest aftertaste was the homegrown cultural exchange immediately afterward.

Stepping onto the stage, many women were still shaking and a little nervous. Because, all performances were prepared "speedily" in just 3 days. Yet, that urgency did not reduce the heat. VIDIFI female employees, who are usually neat and serious with documents and reports, suddenly have a spectacular "transformation".

From vibrant modern dances that explode the auditorium, to "cool" Rap songs that tell about our daily work. The lyrics are both humorous and realistic, sometimes profound and sometimes exciting, making all audiences admire. It's the "not quite smoothness" of some beats, or the awkward smiles when a beat is missed, that creates a natural, close and cohesive artistic space.

The hall was filled with endless applause and laughter as they witnessed female colleagues, who were usually serious in the Accounting or Administration departments, suddenly become radiant and full of artists on stage.

Adding fire to the program was the presence and enthusiastic encouragement from the Corporation's Board of Directors, the Executive Committee of the Corporation's Trade Union, the Leaders of the Boards and the Presidents of the Division Trade Unions... You not only came to congratulate but also as big brothers and friends, joining in the common joy of the sisters. The fresh flower bouquets and sincere words of sharing from the Board of Directors are the clearest evidence of respect and recognition for the persistent contributions of women in the overall development of VIDIFI.

The festival ended, the movie was watched, the music ended, but the afterglow of care and camaraderie remained intact. VIDIFI women are like that: Fierce and professional at work, but also radiant and full of life when standing next to each other. We are proud that each individual is a pink brick, working together to build the 'common house' of VIDIFI, which is not only strong in career but also always warm and friendly.
