Official dispatch to speed up clearance of Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway
The Prime Minister has just issued a telegram requesting the Chairman of the People's Committees of 3 provinces and cities: Hanoi, Hung Yen, and Hai Duong to focus on directing and completely resolving problems in site clearance work to serve the construction of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project.
Currently, the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project invested by Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) is behind schedule due to delays in handing over the site and people's obstacles during the construction process.
To ensure completion of the Project on schedule, the Prime Minister requested the Chairman of the People's Committees of three provinces and cities: Hanoi, Hung Yen, and Hai Duong to focus on directing and completely resolving problems in site clearance work.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee directed to completely resolve the relocation of technical infrastructure systems (power lines, telecommunications cables, telephones, water supply and drainage systems...) still stuck on the route in Long Bien and Gia Lam districts. At the same time, directed to completely resolve the problem of 17 residential land households (1,842 m2) that have not yet handed over the premises.
The Prime Minister also requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province to direct agencies and sectors to coordinate with the Investor to continue to propagate, advocate and explain to completely resolve the construction obstructions of the people of Ninh Dao village, Tan Phuc commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen province for the construction of underground sewers at Km30+360.
Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee directed agencies, departments and Tu Ky District People's Committee to coordinate and completely resolve a household that has not yet relocated at Km57+350 in Tai Son commune, Tu Ky district.
The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Transport and VIDIFI to closely coordinate with localities in site clearance work to ensure the progress of the project.
Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway is 105km long, passing through 4 provinces and cities: Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong and is Vietnam's first expressway built according to international standards. The entire route has an average cross-section width of 100m, road surface width from 32.5 - 35m with 6 lanes running at a design speed of up to 120km/h, 2 emergency stopping lanes, a hard median strip in the middle, green strips on both sides along with some frontage roads where necessary. Cars with a design speed of less than 60km/h and motorbikes are not allowed on this road. The entire route has 6 intersections with national highways all connected at different levels, in addition there are overpasses or underpasses on residential roads. |
