Implementing document No. 1232/SXD-KTQLDTXD dated February 3, 2026 of the Department of Construction of Hai Phong city on the project's traffic opening, VIDIFI has completed the preparation work and is ready to put the project into operation to serve the travel needs of the people.

VIDIFI would like to provide detailed information about the fee collection plan as follows:

Time and Location

- Location: Toll station, intersection of Provincial Road 390 (Route Km70+600), located in Ha Dong commune, Hai Phong city.

- Time to start traffic and toll collection: Expected from February 10, 2026 (or according to the official decision of the competent state agency).

The DT.390 intersection toll station collects closed tolls in the form of non-stop electronic toll collection (ETC), ensuring convenience, speed and transparency for vehicles.

The road service price at the DT.390 Interchange toll station is built based on the unit price prescribed for each group of vehicles (from 2,062 VND/km to 8,101 VND/km).

The price list below includes 8% VAT. During implementation, this price may be adjusted in accordance with the State's tax policy from time to time.

- Route 390 intersection toll station: Km 70+600 Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway.

- Detailed prices for each vehicle group are built in accordance with the Appendix attached to document No. 8940/CDBVN-TC dated December 27, 2023.

+ Group 1: 2,062 VND/km,

+ Group 2: 2,945 VND/km,

+ Group 3: 3,927 VND/km,

+ Group 4: 6,284 VND/km,

+ Group 5: 8,101 VND/km.
