Commencement of EX package - 4 Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway
On November 26, at Soi To Village, Thai Hoc Commune, Binh Giang District, Hai Duong Province, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee coordinated with Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) - International investor and contractor Keangnam Co., Ltd. (Korea) to organize the groundbreaking of package EX - 4 of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project.
