Commencement of EX package - 6 Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project
On October 8, in Thanh Cuong commune - Thanh Ha District - Hai Duong Province, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee coordinated with Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Corporation (VIDIFI) - Investor and international contractor GS Construction and Engineering Corporation (GS E&C - Korea) to organize the groundbreaking of package EX - 6 of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project.
Package EX-6 has a route from km 63 + 300 to km 72, with a total length of 8.7 km, passing through 5 communes, in 2 districts Thanh Ha and Tu Ky of Hai Duong province. The road has 6 bridges, including 2 overpasses; 12 residential underground sewers, in which this underground sewer system is linked with a collector road to create a local traffic system along the expressway, 1 interconnected intersection...
Hai Duong Province continues to commit to ensuring good site clearance, security and order, and creating favorable conditions for contractors to carry out construction on schedule, with quality and efficiency.
When the Hanoi-Hai Phong expressway project is put into use, it will create conditions for socio-economic development for provinces and cities located in the key region of the Northern economic triangle; At the same time, it contributes to reducing traffic overload and minimizing traffic accidents that are on the rise on National Highway 5 today.
