Hai Duong: Hand over more land to build a highway
Thanh Ha district has just handed over an additional 20 hectares of land for the construction of an on and off button for the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway. This area is agricultural land in Vinh Lap, Thanh Cuong and Thanh Binh communes. The remainder of the bidding package is residential land used by 20 households, all of whom have completed property and area inventory documents.
The people have agreed on a compensation and relocation plan, which will soon be handed over after the district completes two resettlement areas in Vinh Lap and Thanh Cuong communes. In addition, the district is also completing documents to hand over construction sites for power grid systems, rural transportation, in-field irrigation... of this area.
