The Steering Committee assigns tasks to organize enforcement, establishing 5 working groups to serve enforcement work such as: Steering group and ensuring security and order; The team prepares enforcement records; enforcement steering and implementation team; advocacy team and service team. According to the plan, the enforcement will take place on June 30, 2012.
