Attending and directing the Conference, on the side of the main shareholder - Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) were Mr. Le Van Hoan - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Chinh Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors and Leaders of Departments, Head Office Office and Transaction Office I - VDB.

On VIDIFI's side, the Conference was chaired by Mr. Tran Anh Tu - General Director, with the presence of comrades in the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Board of General Directors, Advisors, Leaders of specialized Departments/Departments, member units (Construction and Maintenance Enterprise, Hanoi-HP Expressway Management and Engineering Company) and a large number of employees throughout the system.

At the beginning of the Conference, delegates looked back on the past year with a video summarizing the Corporation's outstanding activities titled "VIDIFI's mark in 2025". Next, General Director Tran Anh Tu presented a detailed report, affirming that 2025 is a pivotal year with many important achievements.

The biggest bright spot is the business results exceeding the plan assigned by Shareholders and the Board of Directors: Fee revenue: Reached 4,072 billion VND, an increase of 3.58% compared to 2024. Other commercial service revenue: Contributed 89.3 billion VND to the general cash flow. Profit in 2025 will reach 916 billion VND, exceeding the plan assigned by Shareholders and the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

In 2025, VIDIFI has focused on consolidating the organization and improving the quality of human resources, ready for the roadmap to expand business scale. Operation, maintenance and toll collection on the two routes are carried out professionally, ensuring absolute safety, smooth traffic, and no congestion or serious incidents. At the same time, progress, quality and labor safety at ongoing construction items are also strictly controlled.

In particular, in the past year, the Corporation proactively proposed a plan to increase financial capacity as a premise to participate in key infrastructure projects such as: North - South Expressway, Ring Road 5 of the Capital, planning to expand Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway to 8-10 lanes, and real estate projects (social housing, commercial) in accordance with the planning of Hanoi and neighboring localities.

At the Conference, delegates listened to practical presentations from the Planning and Investment Department and the Inspection Legal Department, thereby contributing many specific recommendations to complete the 2026 tasks of the units in particular as well as the Corporation in general.

Also at the Conference, Comrade Pham Viet Son - Deputy General Director, on behalf of the Board of Directors, summarized the emulation and reward work in 2025 and officially launched the emulation movement in 2026. Recognizing the tireless efforts and important contributions to the overall achievements of the Corporation, the Conference solemnly held a ceremony to honor outstanding groups and individuals. In particular, the Conference awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Board of Directors to 02 Corporation Leaders with outstanding achievements, Deputy General Director Pham Viet Son and Deputy General Director Pham Thai Son. At the same time, the Corporation also rewarded 02 collectives for excellently completing tasks, 02 collectives for excellent work and 16 individuals with outstanding achievements.
