In the last days of 2025, spring is coming to every corner, but for many employees at VIDIFI, worries about health and family burdens are still there. Understanding these concerns, the Trade Union and the Corporation's Board of Directors, along with affiliated units (National Highway 5 Construction and Construction Management Board, Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Management and Construction Company, VIDIFI Road Construction and Maintenance Enterprise) promptly reviewed, made a list and directly visited and gave meaningful gifts to the workers.

According to records from the member grassroots Trade Union - Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Management and Operation Company, in this period the unit has allocated 54 million VND from the budget to support 36 cases of employees at the Trade Union Groups (from the Beginning to the End of the route, National Highway 38B, National Highway 10, etc.). Each gift worth 1.5 million VND, although small in material terms, has great spiritual value, representing the collective affection for their colleagues.

The journey of loving connection from the National Construction and Construction Management Board to the Construction and Repair Enterprise has opened up empathetic perspectives on the 'silence' behind the eyes of colleagues. At Station 1, Station 2 (National Highway 5) or maintenance teams, there are brothers and sisters who are still steadfastly fighting dangerous diseases every day. There are people who are the sole breadwinners, shouldering professional responsibilities while quietly providing support for young children or taking care of elderly parents who have had a stroke and have been bedridden for many years.
