This guide instructs VIDIFI on how to carry out the approval process for the technical design documents of the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Project
On November 19th, the Ministry of Construction issued công văn (official letter) 137/BXD-HĐXD guiding the Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) on the procedures for approving the technical design documents of the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Project.
Article 9 of Circular No. 27/2009/TT-BXD dated July 31, 2009, of the Ministry of Construction, "Guidelines on some contents regarding the management of construction project quality," provides guidance on Article 18 of Government Decree No. 12/2009/NĐ-CP dated February 12, 2009, on the management of construction investment projects.
According to Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular No. 27/2009/TT-BXD, the technical design must be stamped as approved by the investor on the drawings as a basis for proceeding with the construction drawing design phase. Therefore, the stamp mẫu as prescribed in Appendix 4 of Circular No. 27/2009/TT-BXD is to be used for stamping each technical design drawing.
