Attending the Congress were nearly 140 delegates representing 450 trade union members, who are representative representatives of the intelligence, unity of will and solidarity strength of the Union of Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation; and delegates representing Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union, Party Committee, Board of Directors, Board of Directors of VIDIFI Corporation.

In the opening speech of the general meeting, Comrade Pham Van Bon - Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union affirmed. The 3rd Congress of Corporation Trade Union Delegates for the 2015-2020 term has great responsibility for the movements and activities of the union. With the spirit of inquiry, seriously review, objectively and comprehensively evaluate achievements, weaknesses and shortcomings, and draw lessons through implementing the Resolution of the Corporation's Trade Union Congress.

On that basis, the Congress reviewed the union's activities for the 2012-2015 term, thereby building directions and tasks for the next term to ensure suitability, feasibility and effectiveness. Through the congress, the trade union continues to build a strong union organization, improve the quality of the staff and the operational efficiency of the grassroots union, creating a vibrant emulation movement among the staff to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, which is a step to successfully organize the 3rd Congress of the Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union. At the same time, the Congress also selected and elected to the Executive Committee of the Corporation's Trade Union the next batch of people who have the capacity, qualifications, and ability to successfully organize and implement the Congress Resolution; have dedication, enthusiasm and prestige in movements; Representing the voices and aspirations of union members; Dare to fight and protect the legal and legitimate rights and interests of trade union members.

On behalf of the Party Committee and leaders of the Corporation, comrade Dao Van Chien - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Development Bank, Chairman of Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation warmly praised the achievements achieved by the union and workers in the Corporation. The achievements of the Corporation in recent years have had great contributions from the trade union organization. To achieve those successes belongs first and foremost to the workers and the Trade Union is requested to promote propaganda and encourage workers to overcome difficulties and challenges and continue to play a core role in the patriotic emulation movement. The Party Committee always determines high responsibility in leadership work and coordinates with the Trade Union to create conditions for all union members in the Corporation to promote their intellectual abilities and responsibilities towards the worker movement.

The Congress approved the report summarizing trade union activities for the 2012-2015 term, directions for the next term, and the review report of the Executive Board, the frank discussion of the union divisions to properly evaluate achievements, clearly point out shortcomings and shortcomings, draw lessons, determine directions, goals, tasks and solutions to successfully implement the congress's resolutions.

The Congress confidently elected the 3rd term Trade Union Executive Committee including 11 comrades and elected a Delegation consisting of 6 typical comrades on behalf of nearly 450 Corporation trade union members attending the 3rd Congress of Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union Delegates, term 2015-2020.

At the end, the Congress called on all officials and trade union members to strengthen the spirit of solidarity and continue promoting emulation movements to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the Congress Resolution.
