Construction and installation package EX-3 is a bidding package under the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway construction project, with the starting point: km19+000 (according to the project schedule) in Minh Chau commune - Yen My District - Hung Yen Province and the ending point km33+000 (according to the project's schedule) in the area of Thai Duong commune - Binh Giang District - Hai Duong Province, the road section has 10 bridges, 12 underground sewers, 1 stop and 2 intersections.

Package EX-3 is implemented with loans from the Vietnam Development Bank; Organize bidding in the form of international open bidding. Through the process of synthesizing the results of technical and financial evaluation, the Working Groups of VIDIFI Corporation have completed the evaluation of contractors' bids in a fair and objective manner, and on that basis, the Board of Directors of VIDIFI Corporation has approved the results of selecting the construction contractor for the EX3 construction package, which is the contractor: China Road and Bridge Corporation.

China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) is an experienced contractor. Currently, China Road and Bridge Corporation is constructing package 1A of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway project, a section on the North - South expressway. Package 1A will have a starting point from Km4+000 and an ending point at Km7+500 in District 9 - Ho Chi Minh City, with a total length of 3.5 Km. Section Km4+000 to Km4+514 belongs to urban roads, with a design speed of 100km/h; Section Km4+514 to Km7+500 belongs to the expressway, the design speed is 120km/h. Works on the route include viaducts and traffic safety works.
