Handing over the site for construction of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project
On the morning of March 9, Long Bien District People's Committee coordinated with Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation to hold a site handover ceremony to serve the construction of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project passing through Long Bien district.
