Minister Dinh La Thang inspected the progress of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project
On the afternoon of May 9, Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang had a trip to inspect and check the progress of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project.
At the scene of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project passing through Hai Phong city after hearing the report of investor VIDIFI and witnessing contractors actively working to ensure traffic opening on May 19. The Minister praised the efforts of VIDIFI and the contractor for quickly completing the final stages including: laying the last layer of carpet, painting road markings, and completing the toll booth.
The Minister emphasized that the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, once completed, will create great motivation for the city in socio-economic development. At the same time, it is also a vital route connecting Quang Ninh province through Bach Dang bridge. The Minister requested investor VIDIFI to direct contractors to actively complete the entire route as planned by the end of this year.
