Grassroots trade union of Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation held the Congress for the 2012-2014 term

On June 29, 2012, the Trade Union of Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) solemnly organized the Grassroots Trade Union Congress for the 2012-2014 term.

Attending the congress were comrade Dao Van Chien - Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Development Bank (Vietnam Development Bank), Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of VIDIFI Corporation, comrade Nguyen Duc Minh - Member of the Standing Committee of Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union, Deputy General Director of VIDIFI Corporation, comrade Pham Van Bon - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director, Chairman of Trade Union of VIDIFI Corporation, comrade Nguyen Van Tinh - Deputy General Director of VIDIFI Corporation and Comrade Duong Van Tien - Member of the Board of Directors, Chief of the Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union Office; the leaders of the Corporation's units and all official delegates representing the department's trade union members.

Comrade Vu Ngoc Ha - Vice Chairman of the Corporation's Community - Director of the Planning - Investment Department - on behalf of the Presidium presented the draft Report summarizing activities for the 2010-2012 term, directions and tasks for the 2012-2014 term.

The Congress heard the Summary Report on activities for the 2010-2012 term, directions and tasks for the 2012-2014 term; Report reviewing the Executive Committee of Vidifi Corporation's Trade Union for the 2010-2012 term along with the opinions of the delegates.

During the 2010-2012 term, the Executive Committee of VIDIFI Corporation's Trade Union was united and unified in performing well its functions and tasks such as: Organizing propaganda and mobilizing trade union members to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, State laws, mobilizing trade union members to strive to strive to complete professional tasks well. Emulation movements launched by the Trade Union were responded to by a large number of trade union members and regularly paid attention to. Take care of the lives of officials and employees, fully and promptly ensure all policies and legitimate rights of trade union members. The union's internal executive committee is always united and unanimous in its work, enthusiastically attached to the masses, earning their trust and love.

Although there are still shortcomings in the context of an economy with many objective and subjective difficulties, it can be affirmed that the results achieved in the past term are the great efforts and efforts of the entire Board of Directors and trade union members.

Comrade Pham Van Bon - Chairman of the Corporation's union - Deputy General Director spoke on behalf of the Corporation's leaders 

On behalf of Vidifi Corporation's leaders, Mr. Pham Van Bon - Deputy Party Secretary, Deputy General Director, Chairman of Vidifi Corporation's Trade Union recognized and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, achievements and results that Vidifi Corporation's Trade Union has achieved in the past term. legal and legitimate for employees, as well as contributing to achieving the Corporation's common goals. At the same time, Comrade Pham Van Bon also proposed that the Congress choose to elect a new Executive Committee with enough qualifications, capacity and enthusiasm in the trade union movement to promote the trade union movement to become stronger and stronger.

The Congress of Vidifi Trade Union Delegates for the 2012-2014 term was a great success by electing the Executive Committee for the 2012-2014 term including 13 comrades with sufficient moral qualities and abilities and unanimously approved the congress resolution with specific targets for the new term.
