On December 24, 2025, the working group of Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI) chaired by General Director Tran Anh Tu conducted a field inspection of the Hanoi - Hai Phong high-speed auto route. The inspection trip aimed to review the progress of key projects and direct maintenance work, ensuring traffic safety to serve increased travel demand during the upcoming holidays and Tet.
Accompanying the delegation were Deputy General Director Pham Viet Son and leaders of specialized units: Project Management Board, Operation and Operation (PMO), Planning and Investment Board, Technical Economics Board, Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Management and Operation Company and VIDIFI Road Construction and Maintenance Enterprise.
In the working program, the working group conducted a detailed inspection of the road surface condition at Km8+500, the settlement compensation work at the B45 bridge (Km48), the progress of the construction project to expand the V52 Service Station, as well as the current status of the DT.390 intersection construction site at Km70+600 and the core land area of the National Highway 10 intersection. Through the actual inspection, General Director Tran Anh Tu acknowledged the efforts of the units. in maintaining the operation of the route, and at the same time providing drastic instructions to improve the quality of infrastructure and services in the future.

At the inspection, after hearing reports from operating units and contractors, General Director Tran Anh Tu gave important instructions.
"The General Director requested specialized units to proactively review the condition of the entire road surface to propose a repair and maintenance plan for 2026 to ensure absolute smoothness and safety for vehicles. In the immediate future, departments need to focus highly and urgently complete periodic repair and maintenance work to best serve the travel needs of people during the peak period of New Year and Lunar New Year 2026. infrastructure project is being implemented, the General Director emphasized closely following the construction progress of DT.390 intersection, ensuring completion of toll collection plans ready to synchronize with the local traffic opening progress, contributing to optimizing the exploitation capacity of the expressway."
The close inspection right in the last days of the year demonstrates the determination of VIDIFI's Board of Directors to constantly improve service quality, affirming the position of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway as the most modern and safest arterial traffic route in the Northern region.
