After inspecting the site of a number of bidding packages and listening to the reports of VIDIFI leaders, Deputy Chairman of the Government Office Nguyen Quoc Huy emphasized. This is a very large-scale project, mobilized by many different capital sources, so the project requires strict and effective management in all aspects, especially focusing on the responsibilities of relevant units in project management.
