At the construction site, after surveying the actual project site and working with the investor and construction unit, listening to problems during project implementation. Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Hong Truong requested the investor and construction unit to ensure progress, project quality, labor safety on the construction site and open traffic on May 19, 2015.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Hong Truong emphasized that the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project is a key national project. Once completed, it will create a driving force to promote socio-economic development of Hai Phong city and the northern region.
