Vidifi sẽ đóng góp vai trò quan trọng trong việc xây dựng các công trình CSHTSáng 8/1, Tổng công ty Phát triển hạ tầng và Đầu tư tài chính Việt Nam (Vidifi) đã chính thức ra mắt tại Hà Nội với số vốn điều lệ 5.000 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, Ngân hàng Phát triển Việt Nam (VDB) góp 51%, Ngân hàng Thương mại Cổ phần Ngoại thương Việt Nam (Vietcombank) góp 29%, Tổng công ty Xuất nhập khẩu xây dựng (Vinaconex) góp 10% và Tập đoàn Đầu tư Sài Gòn (Saigon Invest Group) góp 10%.Vidifi sẽ hoạt động trong các lĩnh vực: xây dựng công trình cơ sở hạ tầng, đầu tư xây dựng các công trình giao thong, đường sá, khu công nghiệp, khu đô thị, các khu dịch vụ, hậu cần, đầu tư tài chính, chứng khoán và các ngành nghề khác theo quy định của Luật Doanh nghiệp.
On the morning of January 8 in Hanoi, Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation - Joint Stock Company (VIDIFI) held a Launch Ceremony and officially went into operation with a charter capital of 5,000 billion VND.
Established based on the cooperation of reputable strategic shareholders, VIDIFI's capital structure includes: Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) contributes 51%, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) contributes 29%, Vietnam Import-Export and Construction Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex) contributes 10% and Saigon Investment Group (Saigon Invest Group) contributes 10%.

According to the development orientation, VIDIFI operates in multi-industry, with a focus on investment in construction of infrastructure, transportation, development of industrial parks, urban areas and logistics services. In addition, VIDIFI Corporation also participates in activities in the field of financial investment, securities and other industries according to the provisions of the Enterprise Law.
At the ceremony, VIDIFI's immediate key tasks were clearly defined. Specifically, the Prime Minister assigned VIDIFI to be the investor of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project (New Road 5) in the form of BOT. The project has a total investment of up to 24,000 billion VND.
On behalf of the Government attending the ceremony, Minister of Transport Ho Nghia Dung announced the Prime Minister's decision on a number of pilot mechanisms and policies specifically applied to the investment in the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project to ensure progress and efficiency of the project.

According to planning, the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway project has a total length of 105.5 km. The starting point of the route intersects with Ring Road III (Hanoi Capital) and the ending point is at Dinh Vu Dam, Hai An District (Hai Phong City). This is a vital transportation project, with important significance in connecting and developing the economy of the Northern key region.
