At 9:30 a.m. on May 21, 2009, at the Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI), the Bid Opening Ceremony took place for Package EX-10 under the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Construction Project. Construction package EX-10, (section from km 96+300 to km 105 +417 in Duong Kinh district and Hai An district, Hai City Department), implemented with loan capital from the Korean Export-Import Bank (KEXIM Bank) and domestic counterpart capital borrowed from Vietnam Development Bank (VDB).

According to the approved bidding plan for the EX-10 package, on April 20, 2009, VIDIFI officially issued the Bidding Documents to Korean Contractors on the limited bidding list approved by Kexim Bank and VIDIFI.

The deadline for participating bidders to submit bids (English version) and open bids is 9:30 a.m. on May 21, 2009.
