During the meeting, shareholders heard reports and presentations: Report on operations and business situation in 2020 and evaluate the management and administration of VIDIFI Corporation; Business results report (2020 Financial Report) and 2021 Business and Operation Plan Proposal; Proposal on the total remuneration of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021; Report evaluating the management and administration of the Corporation and the performance of the Board of Directors; Report of the Supervisory Board on the business results of the Corporation, on the performance of the Board of Directors and General Director; Self-assessment report on the performance of the Supervisory Board.

 

Discussed at the Congress, shareholders highly appreciated the results VIDIFI achieved in 2020, and also contributed opinions to the business plan for 2021. Accordingly, in the face of the economic situation that is expected to remain difficult and the unpredictable developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, VIDIFI needs to consolidate and constantly innovate and create for stable, effective and sustainable development.

The Congress also heard the opinions and instructions of the General Director of Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) the controlling shareholder - Mr. Dao Quang Truong. VIDIFI needs to carefully analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages to strive to successfully complete the plan. VDB is a major shareholder, as well as a capital sponsor for the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Project and related synchronous infrastructure projects, committed to creating favorable conditions, caring for and supporting VIDIFI in 2021 and the following years.
