Established on the date according to Resolution No. 160912.02/NQ-HĐQT of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation (VIDIFI). The company is a unit of management, operation and exploitation of Hanoi - Hai Phong highway.
- Construction and maintenance of infrastructure: management and maintenance of roads.
- Management and operation of highways: Ensuring Hanoi - Hai Phong highway operating smoothly, safely and effectively, meeting international standards.
- Traffic toll collection service: Operating toll stations according to modern automatic toll collection technology, ensuring publicity, transparency, fast and professional.
- Other support services: Advertising services, petroleum trading, restaurants, retail, as well as providing repair and rescue services
The technical management company aims to lead in the management and operation of the highway, with the focus of improving the efficiency of Hanoi - Hai Phong route and expanding the service to other routes, meeting a variety of customer needs.
